Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey has taken steps to address allegations surrounding his involvement with a minor by modifying his Instagram profile.
To prevent fans from inundating his feed with rumors, Giddey changed his profile picture to black and disabled commenting, making his profile accessible but eliminating the ability to comment.
The allegations, which surfaced on social media platform X, claim that Giddey has been interacting with a high schooler. Despite gaining traction, the Thunder and Giddey have not issued any comments regarding the accusations.
"Josh Giddey from the OKC thunder with an under-age girl," the user wrote to caption a couple videos and a picture.
"First video he is talking to her brother. This is Disgusting and this man needs to be punished. We can't let this go under the surface any longer. This needs to be seen. Girl is a junior in high school."
