On Thursday, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones expressed unwavering confidence in his team's ability to clinch the Super Bowl this season.

Despite a lengthy dry spell since the Cowboys' last Super Bowl victory in 1995, Jones believes this year's squad has the potential to bring home the Lombardi Trophy.

Reflecting on the team's recent success, Jones highlighted the team's recent three-game winning streak, emphasizing their capability to compete at the highest level.

"There's four or five others at least that can win it, too, that are sitting there that some of them we've got to play and some of them we'll go by to get one. But this team is certainly capable of winning the whole thing," he said,

The Cowboys'8-3 record, although trailing the Eagles in the NFC East, has fueled Jones' optimism.

The 81-year-old owner ranked the recent Thanksgiving game against the Commanders as one of the top moments in his long tenure with the team.

Following the Cowboys' dominant 45-10 victory, Jones expressed, "I don't know if I've ever had a better day with the Cowboys than today."

While acknowledging the team's dominance at home, Jones pointed out the challenging schedule ahead, with matchups against formidable opponents.

He mentioned the team's preparation for the playoffs and cited their energy, chemistry, and camaraderie as key factors contributing to their success.

Jones specifically praised the performance of key players like Dak Prescott and DaRon Bland, highlighting the team's health and talent level. "It's on par with anything I've ever seen,"Jones remarked. "I wouldn't dare have tried to be here right now and try to be in better shape for the rest of the year [than we are right now]."

The Cowboys will finish their regular season with tough games against the Seahawks, Eagles, Bills, Dolphins, Lions and Commanders, teams that have a combined record of 40-24, with only the Commanders having a losing record.

As the Cowboys gear up for the remainder of the season, the quest for another Super Bowl title continues, and Jones firmly believes the Cowboys have what it takes to achieve that elusive victory.
