Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, adding to the recent wave of legal challenges accusing him of sexual misconduct.

This latest legal battle comes from Joie Dickerson-Neal, who has filed a lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court, alleging a disturbing incident that took place in 1991 during her time as a psychology student at Syracuse University.

Diddy accused of drugging, sexual assault, and recording said assault

According to the filing, Dickerson-Neal reluctantly went to dinner with Combs in Harlem during her winter break, and what followed was a series of events that left a lasting impact on her life.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs intentionally drugged her, rendering her unable to stand or walk. Under alleged pressure, she took a hit of a blunt, and the night took a horrifying turn when Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her, recording the incident without her knowledge.

The lawsuit claims that Dickerson-Neal's life spiraled into a "tailspin" after the incident, leading to severe depression, suicidal thoughts, and ultimately dropping out of college.

The allegations extend to "revenge porn," as a friend of Dickerson-Neal, DeVanté Swing of the '90s R&B group Jodeci, revealed he had seen a "sex tape" of the assault.

The suit suggests Swing refrained from speaking out due to fears of repercussions on his band's record deal.

Dickerson-Neal's struggle continued as she encountered Combs in the music industry, describing an inappropriate confrontation at a party.

Combs allegedly knelt down, vehemently denying the accusations against him.

The traumatic encounter eventually led Dickerson-Neal to leave the industry and relocate to California.

Diddy denies claims through lawyer

The lawsuit, filed against Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises (now rebranded as Combs Global), includes charges of assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sex trafficking, and revenge porn.

Seeking compensatory damages for the lasting mental and emotional trauma, Dickerson-Neal's legal team emphasizes the importance of holding Combs accountable, stating, "Everyone deserves to be heard, and Combs should not be immune from liability because of his wealth and public stature."

In response to the allegations, a spokesperson for Combs vehemently denied the claims, characterizing the lawsuit as a "last-minute" attempt at a "money grab."

Combs' legal team insists that the 32-year-old story is fabricated and lacks credibility.

This lawsuit follows closely on the heels of a similar legal battle initiated by singer Cassie, who filed a $30 million lawsuit against Combs, alleging rape, sex trafficking, and abuse.

The case was settled for an undisclosed amount within a day of its filing.
