Even though there still hasn't been any type of sttement to confirm whether the photos and videos of Josh Giddey with an allegedly underage girl have any truth to them. There are many clues that allow us to put the pieces together in order to get to the truth. We get that this case will bring a world of unwanted attention for Josh Giddey whether it's true or not but all involved parties are staying silent on the issue despite it's already blown up on social media. Something big is definitely going on behind closed doors and the latest update from OKC teammate Chet Holmgren is perhaps the biggest clue we have on the case right about now.
Chet Holmgren erases Josh Giddey tweet
One of the first clues is that Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Chet Holmgren reposted a tweet from October 20th where he brags about his connection with Josh. If you go to Holmgren's account, that reposted tweet is no longer there. But the most intriguing part of this was his back-tracking of an Instagram unfollow. There are screenshots where Chet doesn't follow Josh anymore. But checking right now, Holmgren does appear to follow Giddey. It is unclear whether he realized people would pick up on this and followed him again. It would be smart to search for little clues like these in order to get to the bottom of this.

Chet Holmgren's arrival to Oklahoma City Thunder was already being praise by everybody in Josh Giddey's favor due to the great connection these two have on the court. Currently, the Thunder is going through a fantastic season with an 11-4 record but this scandal threatens to affect this great dynamic without question. The other case we can think about that can be similar to this is the Memphis Grizzlies, who are currently going through a terrible season in terms of results as superstar Ja Morant serves a 25-match suspension for his own scandals.
