Luka Doncic pulled off one of the most spectacular and viral plays of the NBA season when he completed an impossible pass between the legs of LeBron James, picking out a teammate who scored a three-pointer in the Mavericks' 104-101 win over the Lakers.
The Slovenian magician managed to pull off a tricky dribble a few meters away from the star, who watched astonished and unable to react as Doncic's remote-controlled pass went underneath him.
The play left the more than 19,000 fans who packed the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles speechless, proving that the former Madrid player is one of the best and most imaginative playmakers in the NBA.
Outstanding performances
Doncic finished the game with 30 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists and two steals. While LeBron scored 16 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter to fuel the Lakers' comeback hopes, he also contributed nine rebounds and seven assists.
The win moves the Mavericks into fourth in the Western Conference standings, while the Lakers sit seventh.
