Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James breaks NBA records by becoming the first player to reach 39,000 points in the league on Tuesday night.

The Lakers faced the Utah Jazz in the group stage of the Season Tournament and it was during the first quarter of this game when LeBron achieved the feat with a three-pointer.

In a video posted on the 'X' NBACentel account, LeBron James is seen celebrating with Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors and his close friend Paul Rivera.

The celebration as shown, did happen, but it was not after LeBron reached 39,000 points in the NBA as Draymond Green and James have been seen hanging out on many other occasions with their respective families or with their inner circle of friends, Green has even been known over the years to nonchalantly call LeBron "King".

LeBron James and Draymond Green will square off on January 27 at the Chase Center in San Francisco. It will be the first meeting between the two after the Lakers ousted the Warriors in the playoffs.
